• Dairy products including curd, ghee, paneer, and khoya
• Subscription-based delivery plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Morning and evening delivery options
• 100% pure, unadulterated products

Subscription Plans: We offer Daily, Weekly, and Monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to receive regular deliveries as per your selected plan.

Modification: You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@krishikam.com or through your account settings.

Payment: Payment is required in advance for subscription plans. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website.

Refunds: Refund policies are subject to our discretion and may vary based on the circumstances. Please contact us for refund requests.

Delivery Area: We currently deliver to Sasaram, Bihar. Delivery outside this area may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.

Delivery Times: We offer morning (6-9 AM) and evening (5-8 PM) delivery slots. While we strive to deliver within the specified time windows, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Unattended Delivery: If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. Products may be left at your doorstep at your own risk if you have authorized such delivery.

Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. Our products undergo strict quality checks.

Freshness: We guarantee same-day freshness. Milk is processed and delivered on the same day it is milked.

Glass Bottles: Our products are delivered in eco-friendly glass bottles. You are responsible for returning empty bottles for reuse. A deposit may be charged for glass bottles.

Complaints: If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and address your concerns promptly.
